I'm not a big spender, so every trip (which lasts for 5 days for each trip) I'll make sure that all the expenses will be as lowest as possible, roughly around £150 maybe? (including flight/accommodation/transportation within that country/entrance fees/food)

As long as you plan early, insyaAllah, you can get a lower budget. 

Around 3 months before the trip you should be able to start booking your trip.

Then for food, if you're on a tight budget, Brahim's should be fine, in large tesco in UK they sell em nowadays. For one box you can share with 3-4 people, it's cheap (compared to dine in restaurant) and delicious!

Just grab some bread to eat together with Brahim's, you're full for the whole day!
Plus it's easy to prepare before you're off for a walk.

Ah, no luxurious food in one week won't bring any harm right?
